Mix one scoop of chocolate protein powder with 2 to 3 egg whites and add a small amount of sweetener. Pour into a hot pan as you would to make a normal pancake. Flip after about 1 or 2 minutes as the edges start bubbling.
Once the other side is cooked after a further 1 or 2 minutes remove from the pan and top with some strawberries. Squirt some low fat squirty cream on top.
