Lemonade Diet Ingredients
To make the lemonade you need the following ingredients:

- 1/2 lemon or 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp of pure grade B maple syrup (1tbsp recommended for weight loss) Click here for maple syrup
- 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 oz of purified water
(AVERAGE DAYS SERVING – 8 GLASSES)
- 4 lemons
- 8-16 tbsp of grade B maple syrup
- 1-2 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 2 Litres of purified water
Lemonade Diet Utensils
- 1 large cup to mix the lemonade in
- 1 tablespoon measure
- 1/10 teaspoon measure
- Cutting board
- Sharp knife
- Juicer (hand juicer or power juicer)
Lemonade Diet Directions
Roll a lemon on the cutting board to make it juicy. Cut the lemon in half and grind it on the juicer.
- Place the freshly squeezed lemon juice into the large cup.
- Add the maple syrup.
- Add the cayenne pepper.
- Mix together and drink as required.
Salt Water Flush Recipe for Lemonade Diet
- 2 teaspoons uniodized sea salt
- 1 quarter litre of water
Mix well. Allow at least 30 minutes after drinking before leaving the house. You need to have access to a bathroom as drinking the salt flush encourages waste disposal.
