Celebrity Diets workouts

Jessica Alba’s Diet Plan is like the South Beach style diet with plenty of lean meats, wholegrains, low fat cheese, fruits and vegetables. A typical menu is :

  • Breakfast
    1 cup of oatmeal with berries plus 3-4 scrambled egg whites.
  • Lunch
    Salad with 6 ounces of lean chicken breast or fish such as salmon or tuna.
  • Dinner
    6 ounces of steak or other lean protein with unlimited fresh vegetables and 3 small  potatoes.
  • Snacks
    Handful of nuts such as almonds or hot air salted popped popcorn

Jessica Alba’s celebrity diets workout involves lots of cardio on the exercise bike or treadmill for 30 minutes four times a week. She adds some resistant training such as weights and yoga to tone up.
