BBQ Pork Burgers and Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 2 pounds minced pork
- 6 hamburger buns with sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp milk or sour cream
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups bagged coleslaw mix
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
Preparation
- Whisk the mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, sugar and pinch salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the coleslaw and chives and combine together. Refrigerate.
- In another bowl, combine the pork, onion, barbecue sauce, and pinch salt and pepper. Shape the mix into six 1 inch thick patties.
- Heat the burgers on a grill or barbecue for about 7 minutes each side or until cooked through.
- Serve with the halved sesame buns and coleslaw.
