Ingredients
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp oregano and basil leaves
- pinch garlic powder
- 8 sheets lasagna pasta (cooked and drained)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray a baking tray with non stick cooking spray. You may need more than one tray.
- In a bowl combine ricotta cheese, egg, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and seasonings and mix well.
- Place cooked lasagna on a damp towel and spoon 1/8 of the cheese mixture lengthwise along the center of each pasta sheet then roll each sheet to enclose filling.
- Place rolls on baking tray, pour tomato sauce over top.
- Bake in oven for about 35-40 minutes or until heated throughout.
- Serving size is 2 rolls.Serve immediately with salad or vegetables.
