Ingredients
- 4 oz tender steak, sliced into thin strips
- 1 tortilla
- 1-1/2 cup white onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup each green, red and orange pepper, sliced thin
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- pinch black pepper
- pinch onion powder
- pinch garlic powder to taste
Preparation
- Spray a frying pan with a non stick oil spray.
- Heat the pan n a medium heat and add meat. Cook for about 5 minutes until no longer pink .
- Add onions and peppers and sprinkle with the spices. Toss and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms. Cook and stir for a further 5 minutes.
- Place tortilla on a plate and add the meat and vegetable mixture.
- Serve immeditaley.
